Medical Errors Blunder in Healthcare System and How to Fix Its Certainty

Medical error is a major concern of healthcare set up, which is totally depends on medical data records. Medical error leads various types of severe healthcare problems and there is need to reduce the error in medical or healthcare industry. Medical error is considered as the second fatality to the healthcare providers. At present the medical errors become high risk for healthcare professionals and health policy makers. These error are accountable to delay in mitigation and prevention from the diseases of patients and sometimes impossible to get good health. Although it is true that deaths from medical errors are the major risk factor with serious clinical outcomes to families, some of these errors are unavoidable due to the complex healthcare systems. But most of them are avoidable and happen due to the negligence of the healthcare providers. Unfortunately, many of these errors are not disclosed to patients and their families.
